THE OBAMA GAFF-O-MATIC

STRIKES AGAIN.

Two possible explanations.  Communist mentored Barack Obama doesn't think of the communist Soviet Empire as a tyranny, or Barack Obama is kind of dumb.  Or door number three.  Both.
