come in from the Washington GOP caucus.   The count has been corrected and supplemented -- but the counting isn't yet over.  The Republicans in Washington seem to be working on the old premise that their votes don't count and nobody cares what their real numbers are.  That's how it always was when the Washington vote took place well after everything was already over in the national contest.
